3. While you wait, check that a tow truck can reach the car
Missing keys do not stop us from towing. What matters is access. Make sure the vehicle is somewhere a flatbed can safely reach: a driveway, parking lot, street spot, or open shop yard. If it’s blocked in, on soft ground, or in a tight garage in, say, Sylvan Park or Green Hills, think about how it can be rolled or moved. We’ll ask about this when you schedule pickup.
4. Call or submit our form and tell us: no keys, title on the way
Reach out to TuneIn Rides and clearly note that the car has no keys and you’re in the process of getting a duplicate title. We’ll answer questions, note any special access issues (undrivable, flat tires, stuck in park), and tentatively plan your Nashville-area tow. Potential complications to watch for
You can’t skip the title, even if the car is junk

Hidden or blocked-in vehicles are hard to tow without keys
